The Director of Tax develops and recommends tax strategies, oversees the structuring of funds and investments, manages compliance requirements, and serves as a key liaison with external legal and tax advisors. The Director of Tax also provides tax input into transactions and contributes to broader strategic initiatives.

Ideally has CICA In-depth

Has 7+ years tax experience
