Purpose of the position We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.Schedule: Permanent, day shift position.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Taking out the trash
Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
All other related tasks




The ideal person has : Good sense of organization
Good physical ability
Punctuality and reliability

Concern for cleanliness and hygiene standards
Team spirit
Good judgment and priority management
Required qualifications : Skilled training in general building maintenance (an asset)
High school diploma (SSD)
Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
