Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, wash, and prepare quality ingredients efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness according to Toronto Public Health standards
• Ensure food ingredients are stored properly and rotated




• Demonstrate safe use of kitchen equipment and techniques
• Report any equipment issues or discrepancies to Supervisors

Requirements:
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knife-handling skills preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills in a team setting
