Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise light and heavy-duty custodians daily
• Train recent employees on company culture and practices
• Communicate with management on staffing and safety
• Facilitate staff meetings to discuss policies
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage safety

Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a Canadian Background Check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Basic computer skills with MS Office experience
