Living Sky School Division seeks a dedicated Caretaker for Cut Knife Community School. Your role will focus on ensuring a clean and safe learning environment for approximately 210 students.

This part-time (0.625 FTE) permanent position requires 5 hours of work daily from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include janitorial work, groundskeeping, and seasonal maintenance to create an optimal space for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks
• Engage in seasonal and grounds maintenance activities
• Support minor repairs and upkeep as required




• Collaborate with staff to sustain a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage diverse tasks in various indoor and outdoor conditions

Requirements:
• Preference for candidates with Grade 12 education
• Previous caretaking experience is advantageous
• Firemans Certificate or WHMIS training preferred
• Physical capability for varied labor tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
