As part of Springboard’s Youth Community Justice Services, you will work closely with young individuals aged 12–24 who require alternative programming. Your responsibilities include implementing daily activities, leading group workshops, and collaborating with community organizations, including school boards and police services. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and deliver group activities for youth
• Use de-escalation strategies when needed




• Build relationships with referral sources and partners
• Participate in program evaluation and staff meetings
• Complete necessary reporting accurately

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or related area
• Minimum 2 years working with youth
• Experience with the youth justice system
• Solid communication skills
