Become a Children's Program Assistant part time with BridgeWay, supporting programs for pregnant women and children up to 6 years old. Engage with families and help create age-appropriate activities.

This role supports the Healthy Start and Growing Together In Peel (GTIP) program and reports to the Program Manager. As a Children’s Program Assistant, you will assist with setup, cleanup, and engagement during program activities. This position requires interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team setting while maintaining client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with setup and cleanup of program activities
• Participate actively and engage with children and families
• Greet clients in a friendly and supportive manner
• Plan and prepare age-appropriate activities
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas and toys

Requirements:
• Experience working with children is an asset
• Emergency First Aid/CPR B or C certification
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexibility in working hours
• Ability to perform light lifting
