As part of Carewest’s Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program (RCTP), you will provide essential client care under the guidance of our interprofessional team. Your responsibilities will include observing client conditions, administering medications, and reporting changes to nurses. We place great importance on ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on client status changes
• Administer prescribed medications according to policy
• Handle lifting, transferring,
and repositioning clients
• Maintain professional and ethical standards consistently
• Assist in other related duties as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and Alberta HCA program completion
• Effective communication skills in English
• Active registration with CLHA
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility is preferred
• Capability to manage frequent physical tasks
