Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, Reclaim you will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and overseeing warehouse staff. What You'll Do:
Oversee incoming shipments and verify product quantities.
Supervise forklift operators and provide training.
Assign night shift staff for inventory tracking.
Communicate daily with customer logistics regarding shipments.
Maintain and update the reclaim workbook.
Manage disposal of damaged/rejected products and issue destruction certificates.
Inspect incoming goods for quality and compliance.
Ensure proper storage and segregation of materials.
Pick and provide materials for production and shipping.
Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing products.
Adhere to food safety regulations (HACCP) and maintain cleanliness.
Collaborate with quality control and production teams on safety and quality concerns.
This position is a replacement within our company.

What You Need to Succeed
College or university diploma/degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating a Raymond Reach Forklift (valid certification required).
Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office
Experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of workplace safety protocols.
