About the Role This is a dynamic, fast-paced role working with some of the best Insurance Brokers in the industry. As an Auto Broker, you?ll be a key part of our front-line team?helping clients with their auto insurance needs, completing transactions efficiently, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Cross training with the Personal Lines team you will gain the skills needed to manage and grow an existing book of business while providing trusted advice to clients.
Key responsibilities include: Processing a wide range of insurance transactions, including new and renewal auto policies
Assisting clients with travel insurance and other related services
Collecting payments and supporting day-to-day office operations
Providing timely, accurate service in a busy environment
Working as part of a team to ensure a positive client experience
Managing and servicing an existing personal lines book of business
Advising clients on home and other personal insurance products
Preparing quotes, processing renewals, and handling policy changes

What We?re Looking For Core Skills: A positive, team-oriented approach and strong work ethic
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and time management skills
Assets: Level 1 Insurance Brokers License (or willingness to obtain)
Interest in or willingness to work toward CAIB designation
Post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration
Previous insurance or customer service experience
