ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently looking for an experienced SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team at our Sarnia operation. This will be a full-time position. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for:
Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries
Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the following tasks in an efficient manner
equipment installations
annual maintenance
emergency service calls
regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
Maintaining customer account information
Registering customers for warranty coverage
Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks and materials
Maintaining inventory levels as required
Completing other office administration duties as required
ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:




3- 5 years’ service coordination experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Robust organization, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Working knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA requirements considered an asset

Pay: $25.00 per hour
