Sleep Clinician – Nurse / Respiratory Therapist (LPN / RN, or RRT / RPSGT) – Vancouver, BC

Snore MD is looking for a compassionate Sleep Clinician to join our growing Vancouver team. Whether you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT / RPSGT), this is your chance to step into a predictable daytime role with meaningful patient impact.

As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll be based at our new sleep clinic in Vancouver Oakridge and be a part of an exciting new journey.
No additional certification required for nursing professionals — Registered or Licensed Nurses can confidently perform this role with all relevant training provided by Snore MD.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays required)

Pay: $35.00–$39.00/hr + up to $5.50/hr in monthly performance bonuses

About The Role
As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey from start to success:

Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear, approachable way.

Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps

Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy

Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments

Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment

Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed RN, LPN, RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT — must be licensed in BC

At least 3 years of experience in Canada as an RN, LPN, or a Graduate RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT (including practicum and exams)

Based in or within commutable distance of Vancouver Oakridge, BC

Available to work Saturdays (one weekday off + Sunday)

Excellent communicator and patient educator

Proficient with softwares and workplace technology
