We are presently looking for our next great team member as an IT Support Technician to join our IT team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you!
This is a year-round position with an expected commitment of at least one year. We are looking for a start date on June 1.
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to): Following daily, weekly, monthly, and annual routine monitoring and preventative-maintenance procedures
Communicate planned and unplanned outages, maintenance, changes, and issues via numerous communication methods.
Basic troubleshooting of all resort systems and administration of Microsoft 365 and computers
Utilizing ticketing system to track all issues, escalating to respective external support when necessary
Keeping an on-going, up-to-date, record of all resort IT assets and internal procedures
Assisting with seasonal equipment/systems movement and setup
Assisting with project tasks and changes
Provide support and maintenance for all resort technology systems, including computers, printers, scanners, network devices, phones, and TVs across the resort.
Job Requirements / Qualifications: Education in computer science,



computer engineering, or an equivalent formal educational program with relevant IT technical and project management experience
Outstanding knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft 365
Knowledge of POS systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a resort environment
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs)
2 years of IT support experience is an asset
