In this full time position within the Medicine Program, you will offer personal assistance to patients in both acute and chronic care settings. As a critical part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help maintain high standards of safety and wellbeing for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs
• Support organized activities and programs for patients




• Observe and report on patients' health and mood
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective care
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:
• Active or eligible Health Care Aide registration
• BLS-HCP certification required
• Physically able to meet the job demands
• One year acute care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Connect Care preferred
