Join Horizon School Division as a Temporary Educational Assistant at Taber Christian School. With a focus on life skills, you'll support students in a warm Christian setting across various educational stages.

This role involves about 15 hours each week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and select Fridays, working one-on-one with students. You’ll help facilitate their learning while also attending to personal care needs and ensuring their safety. A collaborative spirit is essential as you engage in positive interactions and share in the responsibility of supporting diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with daily life skills and educational tasks
• Ensure close supervision for student safety
• Offer personal care including toileting and grooming




• Promote positive interactions and maintain confidentiality
• Engage collaboratively with the learning team

Requirements:
• Flexibility and creativity in educational support
• Strong commitment to student success and wellbeing
• Experience working with children or in similar roles
• Capacity to manage students with challenging behaviors
• Must be of legal age for background checks
