As a Procurement Forecaster, you will ensure timely arrival of materials while collaborating with the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. Your main responsibilities include monitoring purchase orders, analyzing historical data, and maintaining procurement KPIs. This position requires a proactive approach to manage supplier relationships and operational demands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and expedite open purchase orders promptly
• Communicate order statuses and resolve delivery issues with suppliers
• Analyze usage trends to develop accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with laboratory and warehouse teams for demand validation
• Maintain procurement KPIs and evaluate supplier performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 1-4 years of procurement experience
• Robust understanding of procurement processes and analytics
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
