Support vulnerable Winnipeg residents as an Outreach Support Worker in Main Street Project's Van Outreach Program. This casual position plays a crucial role in delivering essential services to those in need year-round.
In this role, you will work directly with community members to ensure they receive critical support, from shelter and food to advocacy for health services. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on harm reduction and promoting self-sufficiency among individuals facing homelessness. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and meet the immediate needs of the community
• Drive Outreach Vans for transportation to services
• Conduct wellness checks at encampments

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
