You'll be instrumental in welcoming patients, managing appointments, and performing essential pre-testing. Furthermore, you'll coordinate billing and assist with eyewear adjustments, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in patients, managing their exit as well
• Perform pre-testing related to comprehensive eye care
• Handle appointment coordination and billing management
• Assist with eyewear adjustments and pick-ups
• Provide exceptional customer service for positive experiences
Requirements:
• Retail experience preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office and related technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
