• Create preliminary estimates for warranty claims

• Proactively educate customers on the repair process

Requirements:
• College diploma or two years' relevant experience
• Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
