Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a packaging operator in Ontario. The role covers packaging operations, quality control, and leading the packaging team to meet the production plan.
Shifts are 12.5 hours with day and night blocks, starting Sunday 7pm to Friday 7:30pm, with potential overtime. A $3,000 sign-on bonus (two payments) is offered plus a 4% shift premium. A solid emphasis on safety, ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and 5S housekeeping is noted.
