In partnership with the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and evaluating programs tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include staff supervision, developing program activities, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Your leadership will foster a cooperative environment while promoting personal growth and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on policy formulation and program evaluation
• Train staff and provide ongoing support




• Manage daily operations of programs and services
• Develop emergency preparedness plans and ensure compliance
• Foster family and community relationships

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary diploma in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Robust interpersonal and computer skills
• Valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License
• Emergency First-Aid and CPR Level C Certification
