As a Personal Support Worker with Carefor, you will work under the guidance of health professionals to deliver personalized care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living activities, monitoring health, and ensuring a nurturing and secure home environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid clients in bathing, dressing, and mobility tasks
• Observe and report health changes to supervising nurses




• Assist with medication reminders and care plans

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
