Join the Acden Base Operators team as a Seasonal Airport Heavy Equipment Operator in Fort Mackay! Contribute to vital airport operations including runway maintenance and snow control from mid-September to May 1, 2027.

In this full time seasonal role, work a 4 days on, 3 days off rotation. Your responsibilities will include handling heavy equipment for snow and ice control, ensuring airport surface cleanliness, and maintaining drainage systems. You will need to ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations while also striving for environmental safety at the airfield.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform snow and ice control duties as required
• Operate heavy equipment and site vehicles effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of airfield and equipment

• Report on erosion and wildlife control efforts

Requirements:
• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification required
• 3-5 years of aviation industry experience
• Class 1 or 3 license with Q endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
