Key Responsibilities:
• Follow and report on service plans for residents
• Deliver safe medication administration and treatments
• Collaborate effectively with Neighbourhood Physicians




• Participate in residents’ care and support transitions to hospital
• Communicate effectively to document care plans

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Existing CPR certification required
• Familiarity with dementia care practices beneficial
• Solid teamwork and empathy skills essential
• Knowledge of applicable legislation in long-term care
