Join ICBC as an Accounting Assistant in Corporate Disbursements, where you will handle invoice and payment processing in a hybrid setting in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

This temporary full time role at ICBC requires a candidate with recent accounts payable experience and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while providing outstanding customer service to vendors and internal departments. Your expertise in resolving discrepancies and processing payments efficiently will support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and vendor payments accurately
• Review invoices for completeness against purchase orders
• Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies




• Maintain up-to-date vendor information and records
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and timely

Requirements:
• Recent accounts payable experience (last 6 months)
• Understanding of financial policies and procedures
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively
• Background in accounting or related education preferred
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
