Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Associate.

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

What You'll Do:

Enter invoice and payment data into company’s accounting system with high-level of accuracy

Maintain and update vendor files

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice status and payments

Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs

Maintain accurate AP records

Participate in automation projects as required

What we're looking for?





1-2 years experience in Finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.

Accounts Payable experience considered an asset

Post secondary education in accounting, business or finance considered an asset

Experience with accounting software (NetSuite) considered an asset

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work in face paced workplace

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Open to continuous improvement and change

Additional information:
This is a permanent, full-time position. In officeMonday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
