As a major player in transportation, TransX Ltd is looking for a Payroll & Settlements Specialist to enhance its HR department. You will play a critical role, handling payroll duties with a focus on data management for both Canada and the U.S. This position requires strong attention to detail and the capability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and settlement payments accurately
• Validate trip details and maintain payroll records
• Create and maintain management payroll reports




• Address payroll inquiries with transparent communication
• Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes

Requirements:
• Experience in accounting or finance (6 months–1 year)
• Preferred knowledge of payroll compliance
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel
• Familiarity with TMW and GP systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
