As an Administrative Assistant (L3), you will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Negotiations. This role includes a variety of tasks such as document processing, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process contracts, proposals, and related documents
• Maintain organized filing systems and track deadlines
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist visitors




• Coordinate appointment scheduling and travel logistics
• Support strike and ratification vote preparations

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of administrative experience necessary
• High school diploma with administrative training preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel mandatory
• Strong spelling and grammar skills required
• Proven ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
