Your impact
Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
Bring an honest and supportive approach to our patients by providing accurate and relevant health education using evidence‑based practice
Be a critical member of our care team and practice in accordance with the code of ethics and standards set out by the CNO, CFAS, and Twig Fertility
Find new opportunities and efficiencies for our clinic and our patients through time management, prioritization and critical thinking
Your responsibilities
Coordinate patients’ diagnostic and treatment cycles
Prepare and educate patients in advance of their treatment cycles
Coordinate and lead cycle monitoring, including:
medication teaching appointments, education and support for patients throughout their treatment cycles, pre‑procedure assessment, scheduling of patent appointments and procedures, and phlebotomy
Communicate with patients via phone, email, and patient portal to provide accurate medical instructions and respond to patients’ questions and/or concerns
Provide early pregnancy care and counselling
Your experience
Fertility experience an asset
Current CNO registration in valuable standing
Current RNAO registration with LAP
BLS certification an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds
Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples
Preferred - member of CFAS, CFAS‑NSIG
Your schedule & location
Full Time
Monday‑Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM
Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PM)
Holidays as needed
Both Twig Midtown & Twig Downtown
