Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor environment and conduct safety checks for clients
• Assist clients in establishing and tracking personal goals
• Document case interactions and facilitate discharge planning




• Provide orientation and support to recent staff and volunteers
• Distribute financial assistance according to guidelines

Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant community college program
• At least one year of experience in social services
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with issues related to homelessness
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention
