We're looking for 3 Estimator / Project Manager's who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and leading projects from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love being out in the field, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Be the first point of support for customers experiencing property damage and help guide them through the restoration process.

Visit job sites and prepare detailed scopes of work and estimates for insurance and non-insurance projects.

Respond to emergency losses and help determine the cause and scope of damage.

Investigate, analyze, and plan restoration projects to ensure all work meets required standards and Service Level Agreements.

Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, deductibles, and progress updates.

Coordinate everyone involved including homeowners, insurance partners, trades, subcontractors, and consultants.

Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget.

Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular updates and solutions when challenges arise.

Manage changes and unexpected issues while keeping projects moving forward.





Perform site inspections before, during, and after restoration to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved estimates.

Maintain accurate documentation including reports, estimates, change orders, and payment requests.

Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency response needs.

Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations during what is often a stressful time in someone's life.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance restoration, construction estimating, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service
- Experience working with insurance claims and restoration projects is an asset
- IICRC Certifications are considered a robust asset
