This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations at a 225-unit independent living apartment complex. You will focus on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security across all property areas, from common spaces to external grounds. The Superintendent also assists with tenant transitions and collaborates closely with the Environmental Services team.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain overall property cleanliness and security • Ensure safety of common areas and mechanical rooms • Manage exterior grounds upkeep and cleanliness • Log equipment status and report deficiencies • Clean and prepare vacant units for recent tenants

Requirements: • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks • Ability to complete minor repairs as needed • Excellent customer service skills required • Previous Superintendent experience is an asset • Bilingual in English and Greek preferred
