Our client, a leading General Contractor, is seeking an experienced
Senior Site Superintendent
to oversee large-scale, ground-up ICI construction projects across Ontario. This is an excellent chance for a proven site leader who thrives on complex builds, high standards, and delivering major projects from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, enforcing health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality.
What You’ll Be DoingLead all in office construction activities for ground-up ICI projects valued at
$100M+Manage subcontractors, trades, site staff, logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day field operationsEnsure project milestones, safety standards, quality expectations,



and client requirements are consistently metWork closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to resolve site challenges and maintain project momentumRepresent the company professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partnersTravel across Ontario as required based on project needs
