About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Project Manager II
to lead strategic IT projects from planning through delivery. You'll manage complex technology initiatives, work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.This role supports enterprise IT initiatives, including system implementations, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project portfolio reporting.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projectsDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reportsManage project scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors,



and technical resourcesSupport infrastructure and cloud implementation projectsEnsure projects follow governance, best practices, and quality standardsPrepare executive presentations and portfolio reportingConduct project reviews and track perks realizationRequired Qualifications5+ years of IT Project Management experienceExperience delivering medium to large enterprise technology projectsStrong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologiesExperience with on-premises and cloud technology implementationsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with Smartsheet (preferred) or Microsoft ProjectBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is an assetNice to HaveIT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity knowledgeExperience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsExperience delivering AI-related projectsEligibilityCanadian Citizen or Permanent ResidentMust be eligible to obtain
