YouthLink is seeking a part time Diversion Case Manager to support youth at risk of homelessness with housing options, case planning, and coordinated services. The role emphasizes strengths-based, equity-informed care and collaboration with partner agencies.
20 hours weekly, starting ASAP, for a 1-year contract, with duties including documentation, reporting and community engagement. Applicants should have an educational background in social work or youth services and relevant experience.
