Accredited Supports to the Community seeks a full time Disability Services Coordinator. Oversee service delivery and support a team in enhancing lives of adults with disabilities in Alberta.
This management role requires at least three years in leadership and supervisory positions within disability services. You will coordinate client support plans by actively mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with standards. Your focus will be on community access, life skills, and inclusive social connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate service delivery and monitor client support plans
• Provide leadership and supervision to support staff
• Engage and mentor staff to align with ASC values
• Communicate effectively in various settings with teams
• Ensure compliance with Accommodations and Licensing Standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in disability services
• Post-secondary education in human services or related field
• Proven frontline experience with adults with disabilities
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
