Duties Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Ensure correct labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens to maintain sample integrity.
Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures clearly and addressing patient concerns professionally.
Prepare patients for specimen collection by verifying identity and ensuring comfort throughout the process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy areas, following strict sanitation standards.




Assist laboratory staff with processing and transporting specimens as needed.
Follow all regulatory guidelines and medical terminology standards to ensure compliance and accuracy in specimen collection.
Qualifications Prior experience in clinic or laboratory environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with demonstrated ability to perform venipuncture confidently.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to laboratory procedures and patient care.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing compassionate patient interactions.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in phlebotomy or related healthcare training is required.
Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and infection control practices is essential.
