Become the lead UX Designer in a prominent gaming organization, responsible for creating exceptional digital user experiences through strategic design and research. This exciting role focuses on user-centered design and is contracted until March 2027.

In this Senior UX Designer role, you will handle end-to-end design processes, including discovery, ideation, and design handoff. Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, you will align on priorities and enhance the user journey. Your expertise in facilitation and customer experience methodologies will drive positive changes across a range of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive UX design activities from research to delivery
• Integrate customer insights into effective UX strategies




• Organize workshops for journey mapping and service design
• Work closely with teams to ensure design quality
• Promote best practices in human-centered design

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of UX design experience
• Expertise in research, interaction design, and usability testing
• Robust background in customer journey mapping techniques
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping tasks
• Experienced in Agile development environments
