AgeCare is looking for compassionate Health Care Aides to deliver quality care to residents. This role is essential in promoting their well-being and comfort.

As an HCA at AgeCare, you will play a pivotal role in assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and socializing. Under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, your focus will be on safety and comfort. A background in continuing care will enhance your ability to provide meaningful support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents' personal hygiene and comfort
• Assist with mobility and transfers safely
• Support feeding during meals and snack times
• Provide routine treatments as directed
• Take residents to scheduled activities within the facility

Requirements:
• Experience in continuing care setting preferred
• Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate
• Active registration with CLHA
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education is advantageous
