Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and enhance personal skills
• Create meaningful education and growth scenarios

Requirements:
• College diploma or Human Services degree
• One year of direct support experience
• Knowledge of core competencies in advocacy
• Valid G or G2 driver’s license and first aid certificate
• Robust collaboration and problem-solving skills
