Feds N’ Shences Inc. is a fencing and outdoor construction company based in Wasaga Beach. We are looking for a Full-Time Fence Installer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have some carpentry or construction experience and an interest in learning the fencing trade. Previous fence installation experience is not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties: Assist with and perform fence installation
Measure and prepare job sites
Install fence posts, panels, gates, and related materials
Perform framing and carpentry-related tasks
Mix and place concrete for fence posts
Move lumber, fence panels, posts, and other materials
Assist with digging and post-hole preparation
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Follow safety procedures and instructions
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications: Previous carpentry or construction experience required
Previous fencing experience is an asset, but not required




Ability and willingness to learn fence installation and framing techniques
Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work
Able to lift and move construction materials
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation strongly preferred due to varying job sites
Applicants are encouraged to provide pictures of previous carpentry, construction, or other relevant work
