Join Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. as a Night Dispatcher, guiding over-the-road fleet operations from 7 PM to 7 AM. Ensure timely deliveries and driver support while managing daily responsibilities effectively.

As a Night Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our fleet during after-hours operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, your position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills. You'll support our drivers in ensuring their safety and performance as they navigate their routes across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
• Trace fleet assets to resolve delivery complications
• Coach drivers on mileage and performance issues
• Liaise with planners and customer service representatives




• Communicate with safety on driver hours and incidents
• Provide customers with daily load movement updates

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12; post-secondary education preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in dispatch or logistics
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; TMW experience is an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
