Your responsibilities include selecting materials, positioning leather on the cutting bed, and operating the clicker or punch press. This hands-on position emphasizes outstanding attention to detail and quality control in the creation of sustainable apparel and leather goods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production orders from the Supervisor
• Select leather and dies according to specifications




• Operate clicker or punch press for leather cutting
• Mark patterns on leather using pencil
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting machines

Requirements:
• Previous work experience as a die cutter
• Knowledge of leather products is a plus
• Proficient with Swing Beam Cutting Press
• Strong mechanical ability with excellent eyesight
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
