What you will do: The position leads the analysis and development of program funding approaches, performance measurement processes, and reporting practices to support effective program delivery and decision-making. The role provides expertise in program budgeting, funding allocation, and data analysis.
Who you are: The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills with experience in program data and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities 1. Funding Analysis and Model Development Develops and refines funding models and allocation approaches to support equitable and evidence-informed program funding
Analyzes program budgets and expenditures and provides recommendations related to funding levels and financial sustainability
Provides advice to staff and funded organizations on budgeting,
funding approaches, and financial requirements
2. Program Data and Performance Measurement Develops tools and processes for collecting program statistics and performance data
Supports consistent and accurate data collection across programs and service providers
Analyzes program data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues to inform program and policy decisions
3. Reporting and Strategic Support Develops reports and analytical summaries on program funding, utilization, and outcomes
Translates financial and program data into clear information for a range of audiences
Provides advice to support program planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement
Contributes to briefing materials and responses related to program funding and performance
The Successful candidate will have: Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and funding model development
Ability to analyze financial, statistical, and program data and communicate findings clearly
Ability to develop data collection tools and performance measurement processes
Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff and community organizations
Essential qualifications: University degree in a related field such as public administration, business administration, economics, statistics, or social sciences.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in program analysis, financial analysis, performance measurement, or a related field.
