As a member of the Medical Information team at Amgen, you will serve patients by delivering high-quality assistance for medical inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, documenting adverse events, and fulfilling medical requests. You'll also provide after-hours support and assist with complex inquiries through literature searches, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to routine medical information requests promptly
• Identify and report adverse events effectively
• Process inquiries via email,



fax, and mail
• Offer after-hours support on a rotating basis
• Collaborate with Product Champions on complex issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Available to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time
• Experience in Medical or Drug Information preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
