As a Payroll & Advantages Specialist, you will oversee payroll across the UK, Netherlands, and Colombia, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Your expertise will guide payroll initiatives while enhancing employee benefits administration and providing exceptional service to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute payroll processing across multiple countries
• Maintain accurate payroll data for employees
• Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
• Manage year-end payroll activities and reporting
• Address employee payroll and benefits inquiries

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of international payroll experience
• Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce
• CIPP certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in benefits administration is an asset
