As the Suites Supervisor, your role encompasses managing event setups, overseeing staff, and ensuring seamless service delivery from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct part-time staff during events for superior guest service
• Ensure suites are ready, clean, and properly stocked
• Coordinate guest flow, access, and event logistics




• Serve as the main contact for suite holders and teams
• Manage the setup and post-event breakdown of suites

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in hospitality or event supervision
• Prior team leadership experience preferred
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Familiarity with TripleSeat or similar systems beneficial
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
