Enhance the nutritional well-being of seniors with West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Dietitian. Foster quality meal service while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Dietitian will oversee nutritional management for residents. This includes creating and reviewing personalized nutrition care plans, ensuring meals meet Canada’s Food Guide, and liaising with team members. Experience in geriatric nutrition and active participation in care discussions are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans within two weeks
• Monitor and revise plans as resident needs change
• Ensure compliance with Adult Care Regulations




• Conduct nutrition and food service audits regularly
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and staff education

Requirements:
• Membership with College of Dietitians of British Columbia
• Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition
• Recent experience in geriatric nutrition preferred
• Pass vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
