Lead meaningful programs at Karis Disability Services in Saskatoon as a Temporary Program Manager. This full-time in office position emphasizes community support and individual empowerment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of multiple service locations and ensuring that Karis’s principles are upheld. Your focus will be on promoting self-determination, enhancing relationships within the community, and collaborating with Direct Support Specialists to enrich the lives of those in our care.

You will also be integral in implementing policies to maintain a supportive working workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple Karis service locations
Promote independence and self-determination for clients




Collaborate with staff to meet clients' needs

Requirements:
Valid Saskatchewan Full Class 5 Drivers License
Reliable transportation availability
Preferred 3.5 years of experience in developmental services
3-year degree in Developmental Services Worker preferred
Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
