OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can manage schedules, budgets, contracts, trades, consultants, and client expectations from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing institutional, commercial, or industrial builds and understands how to keep complex projects moving while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage ground-up ICI projects from planning through completionOversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reportingCoordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownershipIdentify risks, resolve issues,



and keep projects on trackLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersEnsure projects meet quality, safety, design, and financial expectations
QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager within ICI constructionStrong background managing ground-up projectsSolid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and schedulingAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountabilityExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
